Istocksales.com has right to take action of your complain. If your requirement get fulfilled, there will be no regret from us.
The service that is provided by istocksales.com will investigate for refund requirements and if we fails to complete, requires any refund, it would be done maximum within 7 Days after our acknowledgement.
Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation:
– If istocksales.com unable to serve with any product.
– If the products are stock out but customer already paid for it.
– If Customer returns any product from paid order.
– If Customer cancels a paid order before it has been dispatched.
– If products have any physical damage.
– If products are untouched after receiving from delivery man.
From the above scenarios, the refund amount will be sent from istocksales.com. And the amount we paid or refund will only be used to purchase from istocksales.com in some cases.
If any customer wants to refund original money by us and upon customer’s request, istocksales.com will arrange a meeting and investigate if possible and will transfer the refund amount to the user’s original payment source within 7 days.
1 A Customer may return any of our product during the delivery time, or inform arinazbd within 24 hours if:
> If the products found damaged during the delivery time .
> If Product does not meet customer expectation instantly getting it.
> If customer have any doubt about the product quality and quantity.
> If customer received in an unhealthy or poor condition physically.
2. A Customer may return any sealed product within 24 hours of receiving the item. But following products may not be eligible for return or replacement that are:
> If Damages due to misuse of product.
> If Any Incidental damage of product due to malfunctioning.
> If Any of the consumable item which has been used already.
> If Products with tampered or missing serial or additional any numbers.(specific products only)
> If you able to find any damaged products.
> If any damages/defects which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
> Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered. Customers are required to follow these things.
3. Replacement of products within 7 days after getting product (only for smartphone)
> Replacement will avail for internal problems only.
> Customer must have to show warranty documents for the replacement of current product.
> All equipments with full box must be submit to our customer help center by himself.
> Please note that if the product avail warranty before submitting.
